If you've been feeling sad, unmotivated, anxious or just overwhelmed it can feel like one more hurdle to seek help. Making the decision to begin therapy shows strength. In our work together I will help you tap into those strengths that you already possess so that you can live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.
I work collaboratively with you to identify your goals. My approach is person centered and I use a variety of techniques in our work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution focused, and mindfulness.
